Rare, Unusual, and Hard-to-Find Plant Buying Policy
Once a customer purchased plants, they should have read the Policy of the store. In case of return, customers will only be refunded of their money once they had sent the plants exactly same condition as they got them. Customers should be aware of the return policy within 3-5 business days upon purchased. We will not honor any refund request from customers after the 5 days period. The buyer should inspect the plants as soon as it arrived and contact us for any concerns within the 3-5 days period.
